Ok but I think they should be independent plugins and generally would not interfere with each other? Like FSR1 and FSR2 can be enabled together

Same issue here on UE5.2 2.2.1c, change r.FidelityFX.FSR2.QualityMode seems not to change the render resolution?
Looks like if using r.ScreenPercentage first, then r.FidelityFX.FSR2.QualityMode would not work
