ok, with the "new" multitasking-modes on new iPads, there are lot of appearance-issues in this multirasking-modes (1/2, 1/3, 2/3, portraint/landscape) related to this "missing" fix-width-property for the side menu :/

maybe related?! but in my case there is no crash, only missing error-reporting, and the leaving 0-Byte-destination File in the second case. are you planning a fix/new release ?
