TokenAuth can stop working if session cookie becomes invalid

I see a `JiraCookieAuth.handle_401()` function exists in [client.py](https://github.com/pycontribs/jira/blob/3.8.0/jira/client.py#L359). Maybe the same can be useful also for the class `TokenAuth`?

Out of date Jira server integration docs

I've submitted #13060 in order to add guidance for **Jira Data Center** rather than the old Jira Server.
