Agree, doesn't have to be confined to drug cohorts - whichever way the episodes are constructed. And filters should be the regular ones ATLAS uses: -

[Observation Periods Per Person] Sorting of the Color Swatches Numerically

Sort largest to smallest prevalence, that might be intuitive to the user
