rgb images: lot of noise in dark regions, grain jitter, scratch-marks, aliasing

Fix DVS camera in ue5-dev branch

As someone using CARLA primarily for DVS simulation, and as a result being stuck on 0.9.15, I hope that this can soon be resolved
