[Feature Request] Dumping teapots

Currently, if you fill a teapot with the wrong liquid, there's no way to remove it. I think that either by dumping it in the world or by crafting it...

Basically what it says in the title, allow for filling teapots from fluid tanks from other mods, such as the Flopper or dark tanks for evilcraft.
