So far I have used dose matrices with the same voxelization as the patient images because I want to do dose tracking, i.e. deform the dose distributions with deformation vector...
Hm. SuiteSparse actually only works with 2D matrices. Of course we can "flatten" a 3D matrix into a 2D matrix. A bit of a hack... I'll look a bit further.
Of course ITK has a "sparse image" class, but then this would be available only to ITK-enabled builds. And moreover it would be nicer to have the "sparse image" class...
It is nice to have some options, thanks for all these suggestions. I think I can alter the dose actor such that it can be used with any of the...
These are two very different things: (1) Including (a copy of) MetaIO source code in the Gate source code (2) installing MetaIO as a compiled library & header files in...
I am crazy busy right now, will try to work on this (and submit a pull request) in the first week of July.
First: thank you, this looks very interesting! I have been thinking about making a similar thing for my studies in pencil beam scanning (PBS) proton therapy. But I also have...
Now some nitpicks: 1. I wonder why you call the file with the time-vs-phase list a "PDF" file. In simulation/statistics the acronym PDF usually stands for "probability distribution function", sometimes...
Actually, inverting the acceptance is such a basic operation that I wonder if it should be part of the `GateVFilter` base class. Related to this, taking it a bit furhter:...
Sorry for the late response. I suspect that this issue has nothing to do with vGate. We have had a bunch of similar reports about memory leaks in v8.2. Could...
