The performance degradation is very severe when updating to V0.3.75. Previously, VAE encoding and decoding only took a few seconds, but now it takes one minute.

I'm getting this as well on linux amd 7900xtx with one of the recent updates. Any image over 1megapixel takes an age to decode. No idea what the issue there...
