Yes, currently all stages are working and they use segmentation. It'd be nice to use regression for the second stage and see how that improves performance

Are you using CacheDataset or SmartCacheDataset? I found the -9 error when trying to cache the dataset and did not have enough RAM memory to do it. Hope this helps.
