From a heavy user perspective this would be very useful. For a complex dataset I usually have to iterate the analysis at each step (processing, image plotting, masking etc.) and...
Any update on this? I would like to implement this in my ["haribo rings"](https://github.com/AFM-SPM/TopoStats/tree/derollins/hariborings) project.
To clarify, I'd like to just unmask parts of a grain that are above a threshold, not get rid of the whole grain.
Tried this, seems to work although there is a ring around the objects I don't want to mask... which is inevitable and not the fault of the code.
Update: When run on nanocharacterisation lab analysis PC (PC that isn't my laptop above) on 3 cores with image set: all, 50 images out of 69 successfully processed. Config file:...
Another update: When run on my laptop on 1 cores with image set: all, 67 images out of 69 successfully processed. Config: ```yaml # Configuration from TopoStats run completed :...
Just a thought on this, when opening TIFF files in other microscopy image analysis programmes then you can input a scaling factor manually. Would this is doable in topostats?
Thanks, that works although while if I plot `all` the grain images are numbered, there are no numbers in `all_ststistics.csv` for grains that weren't sucessfully traced. Is this from the...
