I downloaded the DLL file and followed the instructions, but it can't open.
I don't use any anti-virus software besides the system anti-virus (windows security)
Apparently, I don't have any folders named "App Data".
 thats whats inside
the file C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Lively Wallpaper\Cef is currently empty
