TaskbarXI can't open because it is 32 bit

I can't open taskbarXI because it runs on a 32 bit system (i think), and my system is 64 bit. Can somebody fix this? Screenshot 2022-07-23 163154

It does run on 32-Bits but I'm also running a 64-Bit Version of Windows and it Works. Maybe you don't have the 32-Bit version of "mfc140u.dll". I downloaded the DLL file and followed the instructions, but it can't open.
