When using mapviz on Ubuntu Budgie or Ubuntu Mate 18.04, adding some plugins including the pointcloud and odometry plugins will cause mapviz to hang, and crash a few seconds later....

Configure swri_nodelet to use the FindBoost included with Boost (available since noetic) vs the CMake packaged FindBoost. This will suppress as warning at build triggered every time swri_nodelet is included.
