It's been awhile :), but yes, for the soap version, I had to break it apart into smaller classes. The initial RESTful version, as Andy mentioned was done via JSON2Apex....

I'm getting this error as well. The error displays the columns from the CSV in backwards order, so I rearranged them in reverse as well and still no dice. 

Scratch orgs should be higher priority, in my opinion. We have a mix of BAs, junior devs, and senior devs / TAs on my team, our scratch org creation process...
