expect 'max_length' in BELLE-2/Belle-whisper-large-v3-zh/config.json when converting to ggml

I added the value from whisper-large-v3, ``` { ... "max_length": 448, ... } ``` to `config.json`. It worked.

Issue with hostapd config AWUS036AXM

I think it might be associated with BSS coloring (from [this post](https://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg64824.html)). I commented out the `he_bss_color=128` line. The AP worked normally, at least for now.
