It would be good to start unit testing/spec'ing the actual ruby generator classes. We could use much more precise examples to exercise weird edge cases.
With even a modest filter, we can avoid a lot of disk access for records that we know don't exist. It should be configurable, since not all domains will necessarily...

Perhaps pluggable? At the very least needs to send emails, probably.
Maybe you want to keep like 3 old bases so that you can roll back quickly.
