Hi. The Import drivers from current system is only can be used when installing on the identical hardware. So if you are using another Desktop and Imported the Desktop Drivers....
The thing we Disabled is "Automatic Update" Not the Manual Update. So if you click on the Check the Update Button it still checks for the Update.
The reason why Winutil doesn't add ClickPaste is because it's not in the Winget Repo  Or either very outdated in the Chocolatey Packages  So the Most recommended way...
Have you check out the monitor settings? Probably one of the monitor is disabled.
Does this still affect when turning off the auto hide?
Please Provide the Vanguard Logs. Since it might be not the issues about TPM or Secure Boot. The Path should be in `C:\Program Files\Riot Vanguard\Logs`
