Microwin TPM and secure boot bypass should be optional/toggleable

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. windows installations bypassing tpm and secure boot will break anticheats like vangaurd. Only a complete reinstall of the OS with tpm and secure boot fix it.

Additional context Windows iso created with microwin automatically bypass secure boot and tpm with no user control over it. Even if you install the iso on a pc with tpm and secure boot enabled in bios, in windows it is still disabled with no way to turn it back on without a full reinstallation with the default iso from microsoft. This will break anticheat like vangaurd used by valorant

Please Provide the Vanguard Logs. Since it might be not the issues about TPM or Secure Boot.

The Bypass<Something>Check values only bypass the checks in Windows Setup; they don't affect anything else, and haven't ever since Windows 11 was leaked.
