My question is related to this [issue](https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/22597), because two E2E UI tests are failing and their fix up depends on a solution of the current issue.

I faced out with this problem, when I was working on the check [PR](https://github.com/eclipse-che/che-dashboard/pull/1055), and rechecked on usual deployed `Che next`. So, I can exactly speak about problem with run...

The `gitlab-with-oauth-setup-flow` is failed. Maybe, it's related to UI locator change I need to investigate it.
