Looks like in that thread they've been using: softprops/[email protected] as a work around. This needs to be changed [here](https://github.com/P3TERX/GeoLite.mmdb/blob/242f3dd195deca88cc3fdefa3edfd525b9c4ef72/.github/workflows/GeoLite.yml#L66).
