I'm also running into this issue when attempting to run the [second example](https://github.com/marbl/MetaCompass#reference-guided-assembly-with-reference-selection). The genome2markers.length file is also not present in the old refseq database. @vcepeda
Also curious if anyone has been able to resolve this!
+1 for the "⌘ + H" shortcut to hide the window not working on a mac, would be great if it followed this standard functionality
