Linux distribution

From Ubuntu 16.04 onwards, Ubuntu supports .snap packages (https://developer.ubuntu.com/en/snappy/build-apps/). Maybe that could be an alternative? They have all their dependencies built-in.

I believe I have made the network model for SSD512. I can at least build this model, so it seems to work, seemingly without modifying the PriorBox layer class. So...

[HOTA](https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s11263-020-01375-2) would be nice to include. It's now the default tracking metric in KITTI and the motivations for this metric seem reasonable in general, not just for the KITTI dataset....

I imagine that adding this feature is simply adding a simple button in the hashtag search results, and connecting it to an existing API. Would the Mastodon Android app team...

Add default build target for wasm example

Shouldn't it be `wasm32-unknown-emscripten`? What's the difference?
