Looks like 4.22.0 is breaking CI builds that rely on 5.16.1 of `danger` gem

CI started breaking around the org, for us, as soon as 4.22.0 was released.   Cost a few of us the afternoon....

5.16.1 is failing CI due to a version bump in oktokit.

Why is the CHANGELOG so small?

It cuts off at 1.16.x. Same with releases. Where can I find information about older releases other than comparing diffs between tags?
