Basic Zendesk Accounts Return 'nil' for Category

I have a basic account on Zendesk at the moment, we're evaluating it as a support platform. I'm trying out zenpush and I'm having a fair amount of difficulty. I think it all stems from the fact that categories are ostensibly nonexistent to my account. Here's what I get when I run zp categories

When I run zp push -f I end up getting an error:

I can only assume it's coming from the attempt to make the second deep subfolder name the category on an account that doesn't use categories.

Where to from here?
