[BUG] steamVR fedora 36

I'm having this issue as well, Fedora 37 KDE Wayland, R7 5800x + 6700XT. Segfault in libc2.17.so. Shows as error 307 in the VR window.

Seeing this issue on Fedora 40 KDE.

making setup script re-runnable

I've changed the script to clean out the directories on failure and before exit. Haven't tested it so it's probably riddled with syntax errors
