Same problem here. Updated to BG3MM v1.0.10.0 Imported Order from Save (edit: when BG3MM showed no mods on the left). Save Order to file. Export Order to Game. Check modsettings.lsx...
I've also been unable to open BG3MM, or the BG3ModManager_Debug version linked above. In my case I was having some BG3 CTD's so I changed folder structure in the process...
