Adds: - Quiver Display - Low Arrow Warning I did some mild testing and it seems to work, probably terrible code

fix: Actually fix all ice fill variants

This is just a general rewrite which is not ready for review, just doing this so other people can easily test it.

removed getDisplayName, FragBotCommand and weird assignment

- removed `getDisplayName` from `ItemUtil` (From what I can see the vanilla one and this one are identical) - removed `FragBotCommand` - removed weird assignment in `ScamCheckCommand`

**How to Reproduce** 1. Have a Color Property and allowAlpha = true 2. Try to modify the hex, it should fail 3. You can "bypass" not being able to edit...
