There is some behaviour where a cursor gets unlocked with a quest menu. Really weird, considering they do not support keyboard and mouse.

Mouse movement won't work after verifying files on Steam - you'll need to run GlobalGameManagersPatcher again to modify globalgamemanagers file to have different bindings that allow for reading mouse axis....
