Just here to confirm that this is still an issue; and [jship's solution](https://github.com/haskell-game/sdl2/issues/277#issuecomment-1784282404) still works. Didn't work with `mingw-w64-x86_64-SDL2-2.30.2-1` but did work with `mingw-w64-x86_64-SDL2-2.24.1-1`. Other stuff I did before that,...
