Team and gun select via terminal (enchamcment)

When I want to directly connect to a server via a terminal command, I also want to also select a team and a gun via terminal command. For example: ./client...

I don't know about you but I really like to play with no deadzone. It's because I just got used to the old scheme before I switched to xtended input.
