thats what the fallback feature is for so you can pregen the world and have bobby show chunks from the pregen

I noticed this too I was downloading videos on 5G UW and 30-minute Netflix downloads were almost instant but a 30 minute yt video gave me a 20-minute time estimate.
im running a cross play server with my friends and this sort of stuff is constantly an issue for bedrock players because of ping. this would fix everything.
