Program freezes when dragging certain folders

Hi, When i drag certain folders to the program, it will start to process the files and then freeze before its complete. This is before the encoding is even started....

When using NVEnc along with a target file size and any framerate above 30FPS, the encode always fails :/

Hello, please add an option to not add tag files into container. Tags files are mostly useless and contain nothing, so it's really annoying to remove them manually after ripping.
