I was thinking if there were dynamic filters on itemremove, then perhaps items on the ground could all be cleared on a dynamic filter that triggered in between rounds. Regardless...
Would this work for maps where you don't want players to be able to pick up shot arrows at all?

This is now generally possible with actions, triggers, and variables, but round-based XMLs are a bit of a mess. I thought I'd note down an idea for a simpler approach....
The only example use I could think of for this idea is finished by #1131 so I'm not sure this is still needed. Maybe there's some other instantaneous filter?
