0.59: only cygwin default shell works

For all other shells (CMD, powershell, pwsh), I get  when trying to type something. It's working fine with 0.58.

This is a strange one: if I'm on an already open "cygwin default shell", opening a new one via the menu does not work. This does not happen for powershell...
