Table of contents not functional in reader view

When switching to reader view, the "table of contents" title stays, with the "collapse/expand" arrow still present but it's not functional  _Collapsed table of contents_ ![Expanded...

Steps to reproduce: 1. Open any article with a longer table of contents (e.g. https://alt-f4.blog/ALTF4-11/) 2. If the table of contents isn't already separately on the left side, zoom out...

On "Add new domain" -> "For Cloudflare specific pointers:" on step 3, the value for the TXT record overflows its parent element and even my screen size.
