Table of contents cut off for wider screens/windows

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any article with a longer table of contents (e.g. https://alt-f4.blog/ALTF4-11/)
2. If the table of contents isn't already separately on the left side, zoom out until it is
3. Reduce the vertical height of your browser window

The table of contents should now cut-off at some point, without any way of accessing the lower parts, which could be an issue without changing the window (see this discord message) on wider screens
