Some bcstm files cause brawlbox to shutdown

When I open some bcstm files, brawlbox won't open them and will instead close.

Popping sounds audible when playing bcstm files

When playing bcstm files, there is an audible popping sound. I'm not sure why this happens, and in every possible configuration this issue occurs.

Brawlbox audio slowdown problem

When I try to export a brstm, it exports it slower than the original song. I.E. a 48 second song becomes so slow that it's two minutes long after conversion...

The error occurs whenever I try to convert MKDS music files.

I've really enjoyed playing through the port. After reading your stance on feature requests, I felt this would fit right in and feel right at home for a PC port....

Whilest using Steam Big Picture mode, The game still registers controller input when the steam menu is open.
