Describe the Bug

When using the steam menu whilst running the game using Steam Big Picture mode, the game still registers input. (This despite background input being disabled in the game's settings)

Steps to Reproduce

Add Unleashed Recomp as a non-steam game in steam Run the game in steam big picture mode attempt to use the steam menu You will hear the game registering button inputs despite you currently interacting with the steam menu

Expected Behavior

The game should be able to detect when that it is not focused when using Steam Big Picture.

I'll look into it for https://github.com/hedge-dev/UnleashedRecomp/pull/1188 when I get the chance. might give me a opportunity to test how it'll interact with the Overlay.

BTW, is there somewhere where I can inquire about the way the port uses WASAPI (or whatever audio API the port uses)? I don't really think creating an issue is the right approach to talk about it.
