Thanks @pjotrp , I installed the latest version on conda bioconda channel and it still doesn't have vcfwave. I will just wait for the new release.

PercentageFeatureSet not working with BPCells matrix

PercentageFeatureSet doesn't seem to work with pattern parameter in Seurat_5.0.3 . It works with features parameter though.
