parse_attrs errors when dtstart/dtend are before epoch start

I'm trying to deserialize a calendar which has an event with a rrule of `RRULE:FREQ=MONTHLY;WKST=MO;UNTIL=20180415T205959Z;INTERVAL=1;BYDAY=MO;BYSET\r\n POS=3\r\` Having a `\r\n` between BYSET and POS breaks the parse_rrule.

Make select component previews more consistent

Some of the select previews had wrapping divs with margin, others had the margin inside ``, and one had no margin at all.

replace get_env with compile_env

Mainly to avoid unsightly compilation warnings.
