Recently I found bizhawk arm64 doesn't work on debian 12 but it does on debian 13. Thats one use case I found.

Link to what? As for bizhawk, google bizhawk gitlab. And under pipes, get the arm64 version. Dependencies needed are mono-complete, libsdl2-dev, and libopenal1(not needed, its just for sound). Doesn't work...
