A linear layout (like in the iCloud screenshots) would also fix the annoyance of the form elements moving around as you add or remove contact properties.
Suggestion: use `figlet` instead of hard-coding ASCII art. The [larry3d font](http://www.figlet.org/fontdb_example.cgi?font=larry3d.flf) seems pretty similar to the current style.

I'm seeing the same issue. Additionally, when adding new data (e.g. activity), the date field is in US format (m/d/y, 12-hour clock), ignoring Nextcloud locale settings (in my case, en_GB)....
