Date on charts

The date format in the charts is not displayed according to the region set.

I'm seeing the same issue. Additionally, when adding new data (e.g. activity), the date field is in US format (m/d/y, 12-hour clock), ignoring Nextcloud locale settings (in my case, en_GB).
