Re-serialise FIX message after pretty print

Created [#42](https://github.com/GaryHughes/FixMaster/issues/42) for the warn on save issue.

Warn the user if they attempt to save a pretty printed log over the top of the original file

A new buffer is a good idea, I'll experiment with that and see how it looks.

LDClient.start fails when not running in a sandbox on macOS

It still fails unfortunately, here is the entitlements file for reference. ``` com.apple.security.network.client com.apple.security.app-sandbox ``` It would be good to have richer diagnostics exposed rather than just a boolean flag.
