Re-serialise FIX message after pretty print

Summary: After performing a pretty print, ability to re-serialise (with option of SOH or |)

Use case: Pretty print makes it easy to identify the FIX tags I want to change. If I need to modify a particular value and resubmit the FIX message (eg. via QuickFIX), then the ability to re-serialise would be useful.

+1 this would be fab. Also consider more warning about saving pretty-printed buffer overwriting the original log file
