After some search, it looks like there is a bug in src/frontend/classic/category-button.c ; line 111 with (GIcon *)brisk_section_get_icon(self->section) Some fix is going on with a little luck :)

Will test and report. Edit: no. At least for Anarchy Budgie. Still an english US keyboard layout by default.

Modified title in order to explain better the problem. On first start, keyboard is not set using chosen layout during installation. Looks like my bug report was not that cleaner.

Looks like I closed this bug too soon. Keyboard is kept for lightdm, not in desktop environment :(
