Ordering selected items in multiple select fields and relations does not work in Chrome

It only seems to work on Firefox. I tried Safari on macOS, Chrome on macOS and Edge on Windows 10, and they all failed.

Localization bug - When any one field in a set is localized this causes image 'widget' to no longer display the image
