The `package.json` and `package-lock.json` most likely originated from an ExpressJS server, as it is even called `hello-express`. Try changing `server.js` to `index.js`.

First thing I noticed, in the files parameter you have **files:**%{prj.location}/resource/splashscreen.png, that `files:` isn't supposed to be there.
