I think the better way to do it is just to give the choice to developers :) You could leave this server-side event system here for compatibility and allow it...

This seems like minor optimization, it would probably most costly to calls natives to check distance with every other player rather than send an event to -1 Statebag could work...

pmms is using [MediaElement](https://github.com/mediaelement/mediaelement/) in the background to play video. This would probably be something to bring to their attention more than something pmms can do for you :)

Why would you delete folders and add back some files, this make the fix actually unreadable for anyone to use ???

Seems understandable, implementing some sort of trycatch functions could be a solution with error handling being reported through a sentry. I suppose it would need approval from the Cfx team...
