register.cmd did not work while PBOmanager 1.4 was installed

i downloaded the aio and ran register.cmd as admin with no immediate effects. after rebooting i got your welcome screen but clicking on PBOs still opened them with PPBOmanager. uninstalling...

include guard was added because multiple inclusion bad. inlines were added so linking translation units which include the header works.
